UIN Raden Fatah Working Meeting in 2024, Chancellor Targets Excellence in Southeast Asia
Public Relations — UINRF — In an effort to make Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN) Palembang more advanced, leading and superior in Southeast Asia, a working meeting (Raker) was held entitled “Optimizing Performance Towards UIN Raden Fatah being Superior in Southeast Asia”, which took place on 24- January 25, 2024 at Wyndham Hotel Palembang.
Chancellor of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Prof. Dr. Nyayu Khodijah expressed her gratitude for the proud achievements of UIN Raden Fatah in 2023. The Chancellor also emphasized not to be complacent with the results that have been obtained and that the achievements that have been achieved can foster high energy and enthusiasm towards making UIN Raden Fatah superior in Southeast Asia.
“Many achievements have been achieved in 2023, it is hoped that we will not all be complacent about that. “In the future, we must progress even better, becoming a leading campus by continuing to improve the quality and quality of education so that we can compete on the international stage, as well as making UIN Raden Fatah superior in Southeast Asia,” said the Chancellor.
The Chancellor also emphasized that he would continue to focus on improving services by optimizing digitalization, starting the process of becoming a Legal Entity State University (PTNBH), and starting the process towards becoming superior in Southeast Asia.
“We must continue to strive to provide the best service for the UIN Raden Fatah Palembang campus. “This working meeting is very important in preparing the work plan for 2024. Apart from that, this meeting also aims to implement activity programs and budgets aimed at making UIN Raden Fatah become a legal entity Islamic university with a superior reputation in Southeast Asia,” stressed the Chancellor.
Furthermore, the Chancellor also said to focus on improving the work program, so that the noble ideals of UIN Raden Fatah can be achieved.
Activities in the 2024 working meeting consist of award presentations , an overview of the performance of UIN Raden Fatah in 2023, discussion of the IKU and signing of the university’s IKU in 2024, as well as the submission of the Definitive DIPA in 2024.
The appreciation or presentation of awards given consists of 2 categories, namely the best official and the best faculty, institution and unit in 2023 within UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
The best official performance category in 2023, namely the 1st best, was achieved by Dr. Muhammad Isnaini, M.Pd. as Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Science and Technology with a performance achievement of 355.84%, the 2nd best was achieved by the Chair of the Islamic Broadcasting Communication Undergraduate Study Program, Neni Noviza, S.Pd. with a performance achievement of 321.31%, 3rd best. Head of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Undergraduate Study Program, Dr. Tutut Handayani, M.Pd. with a performance achievement of 319.82%, the 4th best was achieved by the Chair of the S1 Da’wah Management Study Program, Candra Darmawan, M.Hum. with a performance achievement of 272.35% and the 5th best achieved by the Head of the Master of Islamic Education Management Study Program, Dr. Saipul Annur, M.Pd. with a performance achievement of 246.94%. The best performance category for faculties, units and institutions in 2023, namely, the 1st best was achieved by the Faculty of Science and Technology with a performance achievement of 188.25%, the 2nd best was achieved by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training with a performance achievement of 157.78%, the best The 3rd was achieved by the Faculty of Psychology with a performance achievement of 155.9%, the 4th best was achieved by the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication with a performance achievement of 140.61%, and the 5th best was achieved by the Faculty of Sharia and Law with a performance achievement of 132. 35%.
